Lambwich!

Some leftover lamb, forgotten bread and a little herb mayo and voila! A LAMBWICH!!!! Dig those Santa Fe peppers! Enjoy!

I love your tangents.... don't smoke your mayo.

Not much of a lamb person but I've been known to do this with left over pork loin. I like to add cubanelle slices soaked in oil and cider vinegar with some garlic... yum.

Melissa - Funny you mention the little pickling method. I did this with mushrooms, onions and garlic soaked in lime and balsamic and salt over night.

Cynthia - Who doesn't love lamb? Oh...except Melissa (above) and my mother!

jonathan - i just introduced my brother to your blog but i don't think he'll watch any because his strictly vegan. can you do a vegan recipe or 2 for him? also, i would be interested in your version of sangria.
